Primary Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting of licensed medical professionals for local and national territories.
- Developing recruiting and marketing programs for assigned projects.
- Recruit through various sources including, internet, referrals, university and direct mail.
- Qualify prospective applicants according to client needs and company requirements.
- Screening candidates based on qualifications and phone interviews.
- Negotiating compensation and extending job offers.
- Provide top- notch customer service and manage traveler relationships throughout the entire placement process.
Career Consultant Requirements:
- Executive, sales and/or management skills
- Positive, results-oriented attitude, high energy
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Collaborate on healthcare candidate placements through our unique software system and database of healthcare positions and candidates
- Utilize our “Agent” approach to aid healthcare practitioners in locating preferred positions
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and goals to place them in qualified healthcare facilities that match their needs
- Build and develop professional relationships with healthcare facilities
- Ability to work remotely from a home-office a must
- Time management skills a top priority
- Build and cultivate strong professional relationships
- Ability to evaluate and qualify candidate
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
